    RETURN POLICY

    AVÉ PARFUM does not accept returns nor exchanges. All sales are final. We offer samples for purchase in order to avoid the possibility that you will not like the fragrance and strongly encourage customers to sample before committing to the purchase of a full bottle.

    In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and provide a photo of the damaged item. Please notify us via email at info@aveparfum.com. We may ask you to return the damaged item and will provide a return shipping label. 

    We do not ship internationally. Should you choose to forward your shipment overseas, you do so completely at your own risk. We take no responsibility for the shipment after it reaches the domestic shipping address as provided by you at the time of the order. We will not accept returns under any circumstances, nor will we replace items that are defective or damaged, of items that have left the United States.
