A variation of its predecessor, Salim attar, Salim Bagh 1619 takes a step back from the darkness and drama and instead elevates some of the sweeter aspects of the lovers' story. The setting is a walk in the garden of love. While still very prominent with rose, saffron and oud, the strength conveyed by the woods relaxes to allow the wearer to feel the sweetness of the gurjum balsam along with the introduction of a delightfully creamy vanilla. Unlike Salim attar, which is oil-based, Salim Bagh 1619 is an alcohol-based spray.
The exquisite packaging features glittering elements. The cap refers to the shape of flowers, and the sides of the box are decorated with an authentic floral pattern that was transferred from the walls of the famous Shalimar Bagh.
